Have the chance to visit STAGE Cafe to grab some food with my friends after our swimming session.
The cafe has a relaxing and great environment to chill out with your friends or to study or work.
You have to order your food at the counter
We ordered two main dishes to share.
Very Big Breakfast (RM29)
Eggs of your choice (poached egg/sunny side up/ scramble egg) with beef bacon or turkey ham, chicken sausages, chicken merguez, grilled tomatoes and portabello mushroom, homemade baked beans, fried cajun potatoes and homemade dark rye bread.
Eventhough this big breakfast is a bit pricey, but it is worth every penny. The taste is really good, unlike those ordinary breakfast that you can even make yourself and it is delicious. The portion is big too.
Ham and Cheese Panini (RM18)
Turkey ham, mozarella cheese, cheddar cheese, served on homemade dark rye bread with mayo spread. Accompanied with side salad.
This Italian grilled sandwich is really tasty too especially if you like cheese.
Hot chocolate (RM12)
It has a mild cocoa taste. I prefer it to be more rich though.
After that, we decide to have some sweet treats. We saw a lot of people order this chiffon cake called "Friendship" so we would like to try as well.
Friendship
Jasmine infused chiffon cake served with a mini bowl of coffee caramel sauce.
You can barely taste the jasmine after you put the coffee caramel sauce on it. But it has a unique taste. You will probably like it if you like coffee.
This is how the cake looks like after we decorated it with the sauce. Not a pretty sight Haha.
Blueberry Cheese Tart
This cheese tart taste really yummy with the fresh blueberries on top.
