I've been working in new company for about one month and I am lucky to be part of the company trip (team building) which is on 14 - 16th October to Lang Tengah. Since we have to catch the flight at 7am, we meet up together at 4am and go to KLIA2 by rented van.
DAY 1
KUALA TERENGGANU AIRPORT - SUMMER BAY LANG TENGAH RESORT
After 50 minutes flight from Kuala Lumpur, we reached Kuala Terengganu airport. We have to ride a van to catch a ride on the ferry boat to Lang Tengah. It was so uncomfortable and bumpy for the around 30 minutes ferry ride. The waves were strong and it was so bumpy that you can feel your ass in pain. And water keep splashing in. Almost seasick from all the bumpiness.

It was the longest ride (at that moment) and it seems like we will never get there.
But of course we did. Hah.
SUMMER BAY LANG TENGAH RESORT
Finally we reached our destination, Summer Bay Resort, Lang Tengah. The view is extraordinary. The sky is blue, the sea is clear blue and the white sandy beach. When we reached here, imagine our surprise that there is no line here. Especially for Digi user like me, there is absolutely no line for you to call or text message. Don't even think of wifi cos there is none here. Suddenly feel so lost.

DAY 2
TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES - LOVE YOU YOU ISLAND - BLUE TEARS TOUR
Team building activities on the beach early in the morning. We have a few games to determine which team leads first and after lunch we have another session in the indoor meeting hall.

After the team building activities ended, we have our own free and easy time. We played with water, stroll along the beach and take photos.
LOVE YOU YOU ISLAND
Love You You Island which you may think sounds familiar because it was here the movie "Love You You" by Angelababy & Eddie Peng (彭于晏) was filmed in 2011.
BLUE TEARS TOUR
After dinner, we went to search blue tears at another island. It start at 8.30pm daily. It was kinda scary walking in the dark. And it is quite far too. After we reached another part of the island, the staff there went into the sea and then bring something back and said this is blue tears. I can't even see the glittering blue thingy. He asked us to rub with our hand to see it. Honestly, I don't see anything.
Lang Tengah is a beautiful island. It's a place for relaxation and snorkeling. For me, one visit to Lang Tengah is enough. (Since I don't snorkel and I don't swim too) But it is a good experience for me and to get know more about my current colleagues.
