Because I have always wanted to try Clinique products, I tried to buy online this time. Not only did they offer free standard shipping as long as you buy RM250 above, you can also choose 2 complimentary sample when you check out. You can either pay by online banking or by credit card too.
So, I bought the 3 step skin care for this time. Since you can choose the option for standard shipping or named day shipping (for West Malaysia only), I choose named day shipping which is on 14 Aug 2014.
But I was disappointed when I didn't receive it on the day I chosen. Instead the date has changed to 18 Aug 2014 which is really weird.
In spite of that, the parcel is in good condition with sturdy box.
Overall, the website is quite easy to navigate and user-friendly. You can grab the chance to buy online especially if there is exclusively online offer. Just a little disappointed with their delivery date.
